Republicans Celebrate Valentines

The Hawkins County Republican Party celebrated Valentines Day with a party at the Comfort Inn in Rogersville. Everyone was in the mood for love, and Heiskell Winstead was recognized by the party for his service and was presented with a plaque by Judge James "Jay" Taylor.
