Historic Night: April 28, 2007

Much more will be posted here on Saturday's 2007 Lincoln Day Dinner. But I wanted to mention one thing that wasn't discussed Saturday night that should not go unnoticed.

In one room under the same roof in Rogersville, Tennessee, were the only two Republican men in 150 years to service as Speakers of the Tennessee House of Representatives and the State Senate - Bill Jenkins and Ron Ramsey!

Oh, what a night!

Lincoln Day Dinner Change

We are expecting a big crowd for the dinner. Many tickets have been sold. The only change is the dinner will begin at 6:00 p.m. instead of 7:00 p.m. Socializing will begin anytime after 5:00 p.m. Hope to see you there!
